Mocean365 And LOOPTWORKS

Always on the lookout for brands and companies that have similar missions. A eye for adventure, focus on quality and sustainability.Recently Meg Walsh(Rootswise/Mocean Mate') were chosen to be "Secret Agents" for one such company that is producing some amazing clothing and accessories with a very noble mission. The company is called LOOPTWORKS and is based out of Portland Oregon. We have got right to work testing the clothing and spreading the word and are very pleased with it overall. LOOPTWORKS is dedicated to "Upcycling" which is that repurposes abandoned materials into meaningful, long-lasting and limited-edition products. By re-using the world’s pre-consumer excess, the U.S.-based company aims to rid the world of waste while inspiring a generation to reduce their impact on the planet. The inaugural line includes jackets hoodies, skirts, shirts and graphic t-shirts for both men and women.
So NO new materials are used in their process and that is really incredible. Check them out and order up something and see for yourselves. Below are a few shots of some of their stuff. We will be regularly updating so stay tuned!

Jeff Denholm-Ocean's calling

I ran into my friend jeff at the water last year and was stoked to see him and proud that he had made it onto the Patagonia surf Ambassadors team.  Jeff has always been an inspirational figure and the times i've surfed with him have always left me humbled and amazed by his spirit and tenacity.
