Mocean365 begins new Core Sport workout sessions..






Ready to take your shredding to the next level? At whatever level that may be? Try out a new Mocean365 Core Sport Workout Session! This is a Action and Adventure sport-specific workout that conditions your body completely as possible to handle and excel in the rigors of these demanding sports. Whether you skate, surf, ski/ride, bmx/mtb, wake, climb, MMA, kayak or all of them, you can benefit from these sessions.

They will be held inside in bad weather but most often outside in our playground and can be followed by a shred session of your choosing!

At the "Core" of these sessions will be the use of the Indo Board Balance Board which helps improve your balance and agility so you land that next trick or stunt or just survive.

Also look for dynamic warm-ups and movements that work the body in the same planes that Core Sports do. Develop new strength and conditioning to help recover and/or prevent injuries.
These sessions are geared towards people that are ready for some work and to quote Metallica, realize "what don't kill ya, makes ya more strong"!!

These sessions will be held regularly in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont as well by appointment and demand beyond in coastal NH and Maine. Mocean365 can come to your place of work and train groups as large as 10 or more or you can choose an individual or "bro-up" session with your friend.
