We focus strongly on being aware and engaged during our workouts. Feeling muscle unity as we train our bodies in all 3 planes of movement(3d). We become aware of our bodies and work on Proprioception. Traditional and mainstream fitness seem focused on dissassociation and distraction which in my opinion leads to poor movement patterns and dissconnection.
Cognitive function is integrated as well with challenging tasks to exemplify the 'mind and body connection.
