The urgency of now..by Martin Luther King

As we stand poised to make history on this inaugural day, never has the urgency of NOW been more prevalant. Congratulations to all whom have made great sacrifices to make this day possible.
And while it is yet to be seen whether Obama's rhetoric may be just that..rhetoric, there is much work to be done.
Here is an excerpt from Martin Luther King that we may all be able to apply to our lives and directly to our health and wellness.
Enjoy this day!

"We are now faced with the fact, my friends, that tomorrow is today. We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now. In this unfolding conundrum of life and history, there is such a thing as being too late. Procrastination is still the thief of time. Life often leaves us standing bare, naked, and dejected with a lost opportunity. The tide in the affairs of men does not remain at flood-it ebbs. We may cry out desperately for time to pause in her passage, but time is adamant to every plea and rushes on. Over the bleached bones and jumbled residues of numerous civilizations are written the pathetic words, "Too late." There is an invisible book of life that faithfully records our vigilance or our neglect. Omar Khayyam is right: "The moving finger writes, and having writ moves on."

Mocean365 offically adds a Movement division to the mix

Mocean365 is now not only offering commercial photo and video work but has added a movement division that helps people take their game to the next level.

We have been doing Mocean365 Action Workouts in the greater St Johnsbury area with good turnouts with everyone from skiers/boarders/bikers to people just looking for new ways to stay in shape.

The workouts are based upon real life movements and are purposeful/functional in nature. The sessions are done in group sessions and are challenging yet fun and offer a complete workout.
Mocean365 can come to you as well and bring the gear we need to get our body moving.

I employ Indo Boards, medicine balls, hurdles and other equipment that works your body in all of its planes of movement which then equates to improving your day to day agility and coordination whether your shredding the gnar or taking care of the kids. The workouts have evolved after more than 15 years in the industry and this marks my reemergance into the genre after a break. Looking forward to getting more people involved and of course I can still do one on one training for individuals whatever your goals may be.

I also have a strong network of contacts ranging from massage therapists to herbalists and PT's to professional athletes who can be used as resources for any of you thinking of coming aboard!

Contact me to get involved!
